The Effects of Managers' Strategic Behaviors on Motivation at Workplace in a Chaotic Environment

The purpose of this research is to examine the reflections strategic behaviors preferred by managers on motivation at workplace in a chaotic environment. In context, first all, behavior characteristics were determined considering environment and then they associated with motivational situations. Quantitative method was used data obtained through face survey method. According results research, prefer more related creating alliances Strategic that have highest impact are using power sources alliance. However, if holistic assessment be made, it seems environments, create as reduce negative external conditions internal dynamics or increase resistance. And not only prevents effects environment, but also important contributes continuity workplace.
